Dorthe (pronounced Dor-da) is a Danish mother of four, now based in Andover, Hampshire. Dorthe is the founder of Dorthe Thomas & Co and has spent years perfecting her trade. She has 25 years experience in providing holistic treatments NVQ level 4 and has spent the last 6 years training in advanced skincare treatments.
She also takes great pride in the results she achieves with her advanced anti-aging facials.
Dorthe has a VTCT level 4 qualification in laser and IPL hair removal and skin rejuvenation.

I have gained my training at the centre of excellence, ‘aUK’, renowned for delivering exceptionally high standards of training in the latest HEE (Health Education England) and Habia guidelines, under leading industry expert Chris Wade one of the leading practitioners in his field - Chris Wade is the chairman of AAIC ( Association of Aesthetic Injectables and Cosmetics). AUK training is independently inspected under cdBAFI, the only accredited training providers in the UK to have BSI standards. I’m a member of the Association of Aesthetics, Injectables and Cosmetics and regularly attend training, keeping my skills and knowledge up to date with the latest techniques and regulations around aesthetics Dorthe was able to gain advanced training and knowledge and is still continuing to add more to her repertoire. I have a professional, caring approach towards clients in consultation and during treatment, I am also trained in managing complications and emergencies ( first aide) in aesthetics, so you can be assured I am working to the highest of standards and you are in safe, competent hands. I am currently working towards level 7 for non-medic as I believe it is vital that as a therapist you invest in the best training available. Dorthe takes a particular interest in nutrition and slimming treatments. As a early 50-something working mum of four, and a sufferer of both an under-active thyroid and Polycycstic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) she understands first hand what it is like to gain weight, and how challenging it can be losing and keep it off! |
